Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Consumable products such as yeast, hops, grain and other brewing ingredients are not be eligible for return once opened unless faulty.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
