How to use: Choose your overall recipe weight - If the recipe grain bill is 4.05kg, then choose 4.05kg from the drop down menu & indicate in the text box the varieties you want - i.e. 2.95 kg of pale malt, 995g of Munich & 105g of Carapils. We'll pack it all up for you, usually in the same bag. Or upload your recipe and we'll pack it up from our below stock list.

Torrified Wheat (Crisps). Colour (EBC 3-5) Usage <10%
Used extensively to promote head retention in most ales, especially English and Belgian
Rice Hulls (Crisps). Rice Hulls are a by-product of the rice industry and they can be added to a grist to provide a filter bed for the wort. Usage - Depending on the content of naked oats, wheat or rye in the grist the addition rate will vary between 1 and 5% by weight of the grist. The hulls should be dispersed throughout the grist to help filtration throughout the bed in the mash.
Lactose (milk sugar) isn't readily fermented by brewing yeast leaving a fuller bodied, sweeter final product. Used in milk stout & sweet stout. Contains: Lactose (Milk) - Contains Milk and packed where Wheat Gluten & SOYA may be present
